About Me
Martin Bilodeau has been working in commercial real estate for over 20 years, after obtaining his Bachelor of Business Administration degree, majoring in Urban and Real Estate Management, from Université Laval. He is a member of l’Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec (OAAQ) since 2014, he obtained his Chartered Real Estate Broker’s licence from l’Office d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) in 2009 and has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 1997, serving on its Quebec Committee for several years.
In the course of these years he acquired solid experience working for various companies in the private, public and parapublic sectors. He represented major real estate owners and commercial tenants on several matters, providing him with a clear understanding of each party’s issues.
Martin has worked in commercial leasing, participated in the development and redevelopment of Regional and Super Regional Shopping centres, such as Place Rosemère in Montreal’s northern ring or Bramalea City Center north of Toronto. During his business career, he has held several key positions, including an upper management position for Complexe Desjardins in Montreal. He has also been in charge of disposal and leasing projects for Hydro-Québec’s real estate division. Martin now concentrates on his firm, applying the knowledge acquired over the years to his clients’ benefit.
On the strength of his experience, he can provide his clients with the necessary support under the mandates entrusted to him.
